Late-day Tulips

Among the simplest and most elegant of flowers, tulips are one of my favorite subjects for infrared photography. The delicate blooms light up like paper lanterns, dusted in the center with velvety black pollen. The long, gracefully swooping stems and heavy flowerheads create a feeling of natural luxury. Situated near an antique textured glass window, this image is a study in dramatic light and subtle texture. © Rain Hayes

Lumachrome Deluxe Acrylic Prints

 print preview

A stunning, modern presentation: Using a proprietary process, the image transparency is applied to a metallic paper, then face-mounted to TruLife® anti-reflective acrylic. The result is a subtly backlit, holographic effect. Your artwork arrives ready-to-hang via a hidden float frame. Learn more about Lumachrome® Deluxe Acrylic Prints here.
